SixCo Foundation empowers collaborative economic development in rural America through funding sustainable solutions focused on biomass-to-biofuel and renewable energy. Our mission is to drive positive change by promoting environmental sustainability and renewable energy initiatives that benefit local communities and the planet.
About Us
The SixCo. Nevada lineage reaches all the way back to the original Six Companies, a world-renowned group that is credited for building Hoover Dam along with many others projects that stretched over the West.
The Foundation is organized exclusively for charitable, educational, and scientific purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. The primary purpose is to support, fund, advance renewable energy initiatives, wildfire mitigation, and workforce development in the sustainable energy industry, including but not limited to research, education, policy advocacy, and implementation projects that promote sustainable energy solutions.
